Beth has re-discovered a love for canning and preserving, and most recently, inspired her daughter to learn canning as well.  Together they create new recipes, while sticking to the old family recipes as well.  Mother and daughter prefer to create "sweet heat's" in their products, giving the jams, and jellies a versatility in their use.  Our fruit pepper jelly varieties are great served chutney style over chicken, pork and fish, or serve them up on soft cheeses for an appetizer. We've been told that the fruit jams are great on ice cream too...especially the vanilla bean pear!
